BANNED ITEMSa) Banned from the event – air horns, fireworks, flares, illegal items, illegal substances, unidentifiable substances, new psychoactive substances (NPS), laser equipment/pens, air horns / megaphones, nitrous oxide and associated equipment (balloons / CO2 dispensers / cream dispensers), sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, Drones/remote controlled electronic devices , Kites, Generators*, spray cans, tabards/high visibility jackets, blow torches, gas canisters, aerosols over 250ml, petrol burners, any item that may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person. *unless powering a camper van in a designated camper van space or a stall in the designated stall area.

GENERALa) These Terms and conditions (T&Cs) incorporate and should be read together with, any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s T&Cs or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the Official Agent. b) Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. c) No trading allowed within the venue without theUkrainian Youth Association of GB (UYA) prior consent. d) Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts. They are invalid. e) You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. f) UYA has the right to refuse entry to the site should they deem your presence a risk to those in attendance.

BBQ’s POLICYa) We do not encourage the use of BBQ’s within the premises. b) If you are planning to bring a BBQ to the event please ensure you adhere to the following: BBQ’s should be either disposable or coal/wood based. Gas cylinder BBQ’s are not permitted on site. BBQ’s must not be in direct contact with the ground. BBQ food is for personal consumption only. It is the responsibility of those BBQing to ensure the ash/coals/wood are disposed of appropriately once cool. c) Non-adherence to the above may result in confiscation of all items related to the BBQ and may result in eviction from the premises.

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDSa) Tickets are non-transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of UYA. b) Tickets/wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission. c) Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on the first entry at a wristband exchange. No readmission on the ticket. d) Tickets remain the property of UYA. f) UYA will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets. g) Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of UYA. h) The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event. i) All wristbands remain the property of UYA until 12 Noon the day after the last day of the event. j) There is no readmission on day tickets/wristbands.

AGE POLICYa) No unaccompanied under 18’s are allowed on site. b) Under 18’s must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian (who is a ticket holder over the age of 18 years). c) Under 13’s (12 yrs and under) must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian who is a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times. We recommend writing the phone number of the guardian/parent on the childs wristband in the case they get lost or separated from their guardian. d) We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

HOUSEKEEPINGa) Please use the bins and recycling points provided on and off-site. b) No animals, other than assistance animals (with identification), are permitted on site.

CAR PARKINGEntry into the car parks is bound by our normal Terms and Conditions of Entry. In addition, please note the following: · All individuals in your car must have a valid event ticket to gain entry. · Large vehicles may be subject to additional charges. · The following is not permitted in the car parks: sleeping in vehicles or camping, bonfires, campfires or BBQ’s, unauthorised entertainment, trading. You may face eviction for non-compliance. · Vehicle searches may be in place. · Upon entry all vehicle holders must declare their registration number, name, contact telephone number in order for UYA to contact in the event of an emergency.

SECURITYa) UYA reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly. b) You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving. c) Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry. d) Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters/containers onto fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction.

DAMAGE/LOSSESUYA is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including confiscations) or injuries sustained at this event.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS POLICYa) Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. Only bring enough for personal consumption. b) If you need to bring specific food or drink for personal consumption due to a medical condition please bring supporting evidence. c) Banned from the Main Hall – Cans, audio recorders, large/open drinks bottles (under 500ml sealed plastic soft drinks/water are permitted). Please note: you cannot bring alcohol into the Main Hall (bars are available in the Main Hall) d) Anyone resisting the confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction. e) Items that are confiscated will not be returned. f) Under 18s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site. g) It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s. h) UYA has a zero tolerance policy to the consumption, possession and dealing of illegal substances (drugs) on the premises. Non adherence will result in immediate eviction and reporting to the Police Authority.

FIRE AND SAFETYa) Direct ground fires are not permitted in the camping area or anywhere on site. b) The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc. is not permitted anywhere on site. c) Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings. d) Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. e) Smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances. f) The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is strictly forbidden onsite without written permission from UYA.

How do tickets work if I'm attending on an organised coach?If you are planning to organise a coach, please be aware all those on the coach must hold a valid ticket. This can be done individually by attendees or in bulk by the coach organiser. Coach parking is free of charge - please inform us in advance if you are organising a coach. So that we can schedule your arrival and ensure a smooth entry.

Will tickets be available on the gate?We have limited tickets available for the weekend. Any remaining tickets from advanced ticketing allocation will be available for purchase on the gate however these will be charged at a higher rate than the General Admission tickets with no discounts will be available. We strongly encourage everyone to buy their tickets in advance.

Can I bring my motorhome/camper van?Yes, motorhomes/camper-vans are welcome and will be directed to the designated area. However please note there are limited spaces available and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and can be booked as an add-on to your tickets.

Can I bring my pet to Tarasivka?Due to high numbers of people, children, equipment NO ANIMALS are permitted on site during Krayoviy Zdvyh. Assistance animals are permitted with full identification. There are a number of boarding kennels close to Tarasivka.

Is there any overnight accomodation available at Tarasivka over the weekend?Unfortunately, no onsite accommodation is available during the weekend as this is reserved for full weekend volunteers. Camping areas will be available for those who wish to stay on either overnight. Each individual is responsible for bringing their own camping equipment. Please review T&C's.
