Get ready for a vibrant and exciting day at Tarasivka as CYMivtsi from across our community come together to celebrate the arrival of spring and the warmth that comes with it.

The CYM Spring Fling Community Day is a special gathering created exclusively for our CYM members - an additional opportunity to spend time at Tarasivka outside of Krayoviy Zdvyh and Tabory.

This year’s Spring Fling promises a packed programme with activities for all ages, ensuring that every CYMivets - from the youngest to the most senior - can enjoy a memorable and meaningful day, and learn something new.

Expect creativity, energy, community spirit, and plenty of chances to reconnect with friends old and new.

The day is all about celebrating who we are as CYMivtsi: creative, committed, and community-driven. The Spring Fling will offer a vibrant selection of hands-on activities for all ages, each designed to spark joy, creativity, and exploration for every CYMivets.

Activities will include:

o spring arts & crafts

o facepainting

o sunflower planting

o pysanky

o community stalls

o Dryzhynyk workshops

o bouncy castle

o MyroDoodles doodle table

o spring nature activities

o spring hayivky

Community Stalls – CYMivtsi are encouraged to showcase their creativity and talents. Whether it’s

handmade crafts, baked goods, decorative items, or other unique creations, members can hold a stall at no cost. Contact your local oseredok to find out how to register your stall.

Dryzhynyk Workshops (18+) – Older CYMivtsi can join a Q&A workshop with Rada Seniory, offering

a chance to build new skills, strengthen connections, and deepen their understanding of our organisation.

Food & Hospitality – Lunch is included for day visitors, with dinner also provided for those staying overnight. Hot drinks and refreshments will be available all day.

Evening Entertainment - In the evening, the bar will open in the hall, and we’ll kick things off with an energetic round of Bongo’s Bingo, complete with exciting prizes to be won. Afterwards, DJ Coniak will keep the atmosphere buzzing, playing a lively mix of music to carry us through the night.

Day Tickets – Saturday 11th April (10:00–16:00)

Dryzhynyky (18+): £5.00

Yunatstvo (6-17): £3.00

CYMeniata (3-6) and under 3’s: FREE

Includes lunch and parking. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian

Overnight Tickets – Saturday 11th to Sunday 12th April

Dryzhynyky (18+): £15.00

Yunatstvo (6-17): £5.00

CYMeniata (3-6) and under 3’s: FREE

Families accommodated together; single guests allocated a shared room. Overnight accommodation confirmed via email before the event. Includes Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and overnight parking. All under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian (18+)
